What do you carry in stock?  Everything needed for day hiking in Shenandoah National Park.   We also have gear to support cycling, fly fishing, trail running, and backpack camping.

Where are you?  75 miles from Washington DC, by 4 lane road all the way to Sperryville. Located at the Thornton Gap entry to the Shenandoah National Park.  In route to the number one day hike in Virginia, Old Rag.  Next to Main Street Sperryville.

Are you a camping store?   Yes, though we focus on hikers and campers, not RVs.   We support hiking, biking, fly fishing, trail running, and backpack camping.

Do you have camping food?  We have dehydrated food and the means to heat it up.  We also have active nutrition for trial runners, gravel bikers, and hikers.  

Do you have hiking boots?  Yes, we have hiking boots, hiking shoes, and trail running shoes from: Altra, Asolo, Hoka, LLBean, Salomon, Teva, Topo Athletic, and more.  Also, socks from Darn Tough.

Do you have water?  We have multiple option for water bottles, hydration packs, and water filtration.  We also have a filtered water fill-up station to start you on your adventures.

Can I leave my car to cycle or trail run?  Yes, we have one of the largest parking lots in Rappahannock County and next to Main Street Sperryville.  You are welcome to use us as your base of operation.

Do you have Maps and recommendations?  Yes

Do you have daypacks?  Yes, every type of daypacks from 2L to 40L.  Including pack from Fjallraven, Gossamer Gear, LLBean, Mountainsmith, Osprey, Orvis, USWE, and more.

Do you have hiking boots?  We have hiking shoes, boots, and trail running shoes.  From brands line Altra, Asolo, Hoka, LLBean, Salomon, Topo Athletic, and more.

Do you have rain coats?  Yes, from Helly Hansen, Kuhl, LLBean, OR and the North Face.  We also have single use rain gear for adults and kids, that is eco friendly.

Do you have hiking pols?  Yes, from Leki and Mountainsmith, for trail running and hiking.

What kind of fishing gear do you have?  We have all the equipment need for area fly fishing, including products from Echo, Fulling Mill, and Orvis.

What cycling gear to you have?  We have primary repair and maintenance for many gravel, road, and mountain bikes.  We also cary hydration and riding jerseys and gloves.  We have locally made custom bike bags with local themes.

Do you carry sun protection gear?  Yes we have sun hoodies, hats, glasses, sun screen, and much more.  We also have swim wear and quick dry towels for hikes that want to end up in our local streams.

I have a biking, hiking, or trail running group; can I use you as our start end end point?  Yes, and let us know when, not only is it ok to park, but we are happy to leave our restrooms open as well as water fill points.  With coordination we are happy to open the store for extended hours.

Do you have kids stuff?  We have a kids corner with book for the young outdoors enthusiast.

Do you have dog stuff?  Yes, gear from Orvis and Rufwear, as well as treats for you four legged friend.
